★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Samsung refrigerator model no: REF RS82A6000SL/TL 0EG48TR400254 on 9th June 2021. It has stopped cooling, I called the showroom from where I have purchased in Amritsar (Amritsar Electronic House)and they got the refrigerator replaced. But they replaced my brand new product with an old product which has a lot of scratches on the body. Since, then I have called the showroom and customer care multiple times but they don’t respond. All the entire team of Samsung is fraud they are selling defective products in the market. People I request you do not fall in Samsung scam or just like me your hard earned money will be ruined. Beware of this company. Pathetic products and worst service support. We should boycott this brand and rather buy refrigerator from some other brand.
