★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small Joint in Naupada but the Aroma is soo welcoming that you are pulled in to experience a yummy tasty Pav Bhaji and other snack items
Must come here with a good hunger and binhe upon the varities served here..Quite a busy place and a small one but serves hot fresh food...4.5 on 5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest restaurant in Thane, opposite to Canara bank. It is/was famous for pav-bhaji. I personally don't like it now after exploring many places.
The place is quite cozy and during monsoon, I found there are uncontrolled flies inside which is really irritating.
South Indian dishes are really good. Especially, idli sambar as they serve 3 idlis in a plate. Puri bhaji was also good. Staff is really polite. Service is quite fast. Rates are also reasonable.
Definitely an okay place for a quick bite.

We had ordered for pav bhaji and these people waited for 5-6 orders of pav bhaji till they actually asked him to make it..
We had to actually ask for the order 6 7 times till we got the order
Very disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amruta = Pav bhaji. Their pav bhaji is famous from ages.. like when there was no similar eating place in that area.. from that time. People used to come specially to eat pav bhaji there. With time, taste changed a bit bt it still gives that good old vibes. Hospitality has also a bit like old times. No special attention from waiter till you are ready to order.. lolzz.. don't expect, "would you like some water or lemonade" kinda greet..Or don't keep finding menu card if the room is full. Waiter will tell you all the menus in single breath... they serve other things too from luncheon to south/maharashtrian specially. Their lassi is nice. Chai is not for chai enthusiast, bt can drink that just for formality if one can not stop eating without chai.
Overall still trying to be in competition with old reputation. And yeah main thing super affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For more than two decades Amruta is a synonym for Pav-Bhaji centre for resident of Thane city. This snack corner is one of the oldest food centers and serves delicious Pav bhaji which is must try. It is at walkable distance from station. Apart from Snacks the place also serves North Indian and Chinese food. But North Indian and Chinese are are average to be honest, and one have better choices near station such as Cantonese.

Foodwise - we ordered Idli, Plain Dosa and Onion Uttapam. All the dishes were stale, burned in short not at all edible. We also ordered Orange juice instead they gave us mosambi juice which was again not fresh.
Service wise - When my sister called to complain the guy on the call was arrogant and ignorant. He was just not ready to accept they made mistake.
Overall horrible experience. Just because these guys are popular in Thane, they have started taking customers for granted. If I had an option of giving zero rating I would have definitely given! Not all worth it. Highly disappointed
