I had purchased Amul Bitter Chocolate on 6th of August 2021, Friday, when I came home I opened the chocolate it was soggy, crushed , and there were some white spots on it. I immediately called up the customer care number mentioned on the packet. I have been told by them that do not throw the packet our quality check team will come and will give you the solution. Since then I am only calling them everyday .. No one from Amul even bothered to address my complaint. This shows how much casual attitude they have towards their customers. I have also written a complaint via email but still there is no action. I am really disappointed with Amul services. In future I will never ever buy or recomend Amul products to anyone . VERY POOR SERVICE AMUL
