★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all this is about the sugar free ice cream of amul.The matter is this that i bought 2 sugarfree ice creams and eight badshai ice cream from the amul parler . This parler is situated in partap nagar near shiv temple at patiala punjab. One of sugar free ice cream was of sour/ bitter taste. When i went back to change it amul dealer refused and said to complaint me in company. When i said him to change he misbehaved and say me to go out from the parler...When i told him to complaint he told the gm(punjab) will favour him not to customer.He also refused to give the no. Of gm markting punjab of amul company. I made a complaint 2 days ago over phone to amul but there is no response from the m/s amul. M/s amul should look into the matter for this inconvenance to me by its dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Ice cream parlour recently. We bought ice creams worth ₹150. The ice cream was melted. We informed the owner, he started ranting about the difficulties faced in managing business. All we could say was stop selling the ice creams which do him no profit or stop the business. He became furious and asked us to get out of the shop and never return. When we resisted, he threatened to beat us. Under IPC section 504, this is an offence and can lead to 2 year imprisonment or fine or both. I have seen the complaints given in the reviews. No action has been taken by Amul as such. We called Amul and e-mailed them. Waiting for the acknowledgement and response. All we need public support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited the hygienic and customer friendly outlet and enjoyed to fullest. However, It was overwhelming to hear so many good words from my friend who enjoyed with his family a yummy Amul icecreme products taste and feel with superb echo friendly environment and hospitality.
