They are selling perishable item WITHOUT EXPIRATION DATE. we have raised complaint and they give option that you have to heat 10 bag Milk and test if rotten then you have to sed photo to claim refund and that to before 3 hours after delivery. I sent photo for no date on bag but no positive response instead they said we can't help you.
AMUL ONLINE IS FRAUD, THEY DON'T CARE TO INTIMATE IF YOUR ORDER RUNNING LATE BUT YOU HAVE TO REPLY BEFORE TIME IF MILK IS ROTTEN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst ever experice i did encounter. Usually when you buy milk from any outlet they give you milk with next day expiry date not the same day expiry date. They delivered the milk of the same day expiry date , and person named Rosy on the phone line was so rude and inconsiderate and trying teach me about the policy rather than taking accountability of their inaptitude and careless action. I request as a doctor not to order from them. They are not part Amul they use it their logo. They are the separate entity acquired by Infibeam. I also reached out to Infibeam & but sadly no action as I write yet taken yet.
