That's when I though a detox from within would help after consultation with Dr. Shruti.
I did a 8 day course n it did help bring out a lot of heat from within. I felt lighter. It managed my appetite better.
An ayurvedic treatment is something to be taken seriously and when done the right way it heals the body n mind.
Grateful to Dr. Shruti for being so loving, non commercial n yet professional.
