The staff were very kind and enthusiastic about showing their collection
I picked a beautiful AK and since it was a size S - Bharthi the store manager got my measurements taken and got the piece I loved within the time frame promised to me and she was so sweet with regards to payment flexibility
I’m so waiting to come back to you Bharthi and pick a few more pieces of your AK collection
Shivani in Delhi AK store is so customer friendly and efficient- I absolutely am so at ease with them cause they are always so prompt in their service and sake actions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just visited your store in Bombay . With a budget not as big as their store hence very poor and rude response. Being treated as if we were nothing. We had a budget in mind and they didn’t entertain us. Worst store worst staff ever. There was fat lady who was extremely rude, apparently she was store manager(worst person ever I have come across) !!
No matter whatever it is you can’t mock your customers .
I didn’t expect a brand like Anamikka Khanna to keep such a staff. I petty the store and of course the staff will glorify that.
Until and unless you have the heavy pockets and a budget that the store manager thinks would be worth the attention don’t go. Else be ready for good amount of insult .
I wish the store closes because with such a staff the store will never do good. Even if does it will never attract positivity !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at the flagship store in Mumbai this february 2021 was wonderful and so pleasant.From temperature checks to sanitising and the service from the entire staff ,everything was perfect.
In particular i would like to say a few good words about Bharti Mirchandani,the store manager.
She was so patient,warm and helpful.
She has followed up with me on all the orders that i placed and made sure that the clothes were ready on the dates she committed to me.
She has constantly been in touch with me ,giving me updates and keeping me in the loop.
Thankyou Bharti for your warmth and keeping to your commitments especially in this pandemic
Really means a lot.
Also i would like to thank all the staff in the store forever smiling and masterjee whom
