My first ever therapy was taken by Radhika and it its said that first experience is very important, i lucked out in getting good one. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A psychologist must not work in isolation. It is very important to have a supervision group with professionals that are more experienced than you are. This enables you to keep your practice in check and take guidance if and when required.
Anamkaara has really fruitful supervision groups. As an intern, I learnt a lot from those. Highly recommended.

Out of all the internships that I have been a part of, AnamkaaRuh has given me the maximum amount of exposure and knowledge that goes beyond the books. From being a part of supervision sessions, dummy training sessions, attending weekly workshops in association with the psychology club to planning and creating content every week, it has been an eye opener and truly a learning experience. Radhika and Ruchika are so genuine, patient and good at what they do and they have so much of knowledge to impart, that it makes me ten times more curious about psychology and even more sure about why I wish to be a part of and contribute to the field of mental health.
