★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who work in the office are fine and customer oriented however somebody named santosh gowda (+919480044205) called and argued with me like a rowdy road side person when I registered complaint that the delivery guy was waiting at my doorstep for tip and everytime we are indirectly forced to pay tip even after getting the convenience to pay online for the cylinder. I would like to put this review so that next time someone faces this issue and registers complaint do not entertain call from this guy named santosh number mentioned above as he will waste your time and argue with you that the delivery guys don't ask for tips and we should not be registering complaint about it. Some inefficient unprofessional lack of manners etiquette and lack of customer oriented person has been hired by bharat gas to resolve consumers complaints . Disgusting customer service. Adding on to my comment as now that we do not tip the delivery guys they won't to show their disrespect by not putting the cylinder even an inch inside the house they just pick up the empty one from the doorstep n leave the fully filled cylinder outside the door. So disgusting on their part to treat customers like this it's complete harassment to customers that u don't give us tip we won't move the cylinder an inch from ur door . Some action should be taken on this however the company is not bothered. They expect woman to pick up the heavy filled cylinder n put inside the door even . Since according to them due to covid they don't want to deliver right inside but it's ok if they don't wear mask.
