Only blood samples are collected in Nagarbhavi facility..
So if you are taking any package having echo, ECG, TMT then you have to visit to another Anand lab in Vijayanagar for completing those specific tests..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday booked for package test ₹1599 for myself and wife. Report was due by 0600pm. Nothing came. Enquired at 0700pm. Was told to wait till night. Today even at 0800am all reports are not ready. Staff don't bother to care or check with lab. As they have punched wrong number no message also. Worst service. I have experienced last time also. When you say that you have a doubt about readings in a report, they generate fresh report with other readings. Lab may be worst. Kindly avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Called at 6pm to book sample collection at 8am thru available number. Got a call at 0730 saying if they can come down at 1230. When I responded I need it in the morning, and offer to look out elsewhere, the person on the other side was more than happy. Will not recommend at all. However if you go through any agents, it all works... but cost more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed an appointment for home collection. They gave a date after 2 days for the home collection. On the day of pickup, the technician gave vague reasons and asked us to postpone the test. Slower in response, unprofessional approach, delayed response from customer care, poor service. In case immediate results I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Select any other diagnostic center who serves better
