Too much noise till midnight 12:00, as volleyball players are nusance here.
Would not recommend buying property here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe on the sample flat they show because the original flat is not as per the expectations. They don't provide equipments as they say, The quality of material is also bad, finishing is also not up to the mark, just recently got possession and of flat no one is leaving right now there. Having issue in both the bathrooms and builder is not taking responsibility to change damaged part, they just tell u to contact customer care to get checked and you have to pay for their service charge, They also behave very rudely with the customers. never buy from this group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lift stops working every night. I m living here from last 6 months. Still don't have any solution from builder. If any emergency happens it will be worst condition created by lift. I place my flat to sell becos of this kind of problems in sceam..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place, construction keeps going on till night. Maintenance office is a joke, they don't even have a landline to call them. Frequent power cut. Security is a awful anybody can come in and disturb you easily. Don't even rent a house. Plumbers and electricians are egoistic.
