★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The lady is very rude like she doesn't even know how to talk to the customer . I had my headphones under warranty but she refused to take it and when the JBL customer service representative told her to exchange it even then she didn't do it . I don't know why JBL doesn't check on these misbehaving idiots.
