★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment and the amenities are one of the best in this locality. Biometric Access, 24x7 water and security are few of them. The corridors are spacious, ground floor and first floor has garden and plant landscaping with generator power backup to each house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the only building in this area when I stayed here in 2007. it was calm and quiet place. There was a stream along the side of the courtyard. HAL Airport and Purva Riviera could be seen directly from our balcony. Also, there was a lake and some trees were seen at the rear side. The service provided here was also very good. Sadly, I couldn't locate the building during my visit in 2020. It is heavily crowded and polluted. After Mysore, I lived my memorable days in Ananda Nilaya. Thank you Bangalore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No mobile signal inside home. 2 months notice for vacating plus maintenance and painting extra to be paid even if you vacate on day 1. Notice will only start from beginning of next month apparently so no point in giving notice early. Lots of apartment rules to adhere to like in a hostel. Some are good to have but not all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent apartment, the surrounding locality. The apartment is situated between two BBMP developed lakes. Surrounded by lots of good parks, play areas for childrens, schools, restaurants, hospitals and shops for day to day needs.
