Fraud By Anand Nisssan Indore Dear all my friends and family members i am just reminding you the incidence happened 10 months back to my new car Nissan Terrano which i purchased just 2 months back to the incidence. One day Suddenly I saw so many rusty color spots all over body of my car 10 months back, I went to company to report the incidence but they denied for any help saying that it’s because of chemical rain or because of rainy season and company is not responsible for that. I mailed the same to company head office but they refused to help me for this and said complete repaint is required and cost 70000 Rs will be bear by me only. Company car paint warranty is always for 1 year from car purchase and if anything such happened not induced by you is covered under insurance. I filed case against Local Dealer Anand Nissan Indore and company Nissan India, went for trails and FINALLY I WON THE CASE IN HONORABLE INDORE CONSUMER FORUM COURT IN 10 MONTHS OF PERIOD They have been fined 10000 Rs for their Fraud done to me and complete repaint of my car free of cost(worth 70000 Rs) and if they don’t follow every month 5000 Rs will be added in as fine if there is any delay. Please fight for your Rights Never give up !!!!!! Share as Maximum as Possible…

I booked nissan magnite 2nd top model in june and they promised that the car would be delivered before diwali so we gave the booking amount of 11,000 but then after calling them 10-15times they answered that we cant delivere before diwaali and they will give in new year or in december because there is some technical issue in production and now when i cancelled the booking they deducted 1500rs from Booking amount i mean they are not able to deliver car in 6 months because of their technical issue and they are deducting our money what is this sense

Very Bad Service after new booking. Booking k phle call pr call, After Booking not receiving call. Not delivered Car on committed time. Not got refund amount till 6 month of booking date.

Worst experience. Ill mannered staff with zero ettiquetes, especially behavior issues with one sardarji they call him as veerji. They dont even know the full features of the cars. They have a bhagwan bharose lazy attitude.

To my surprise, the showroom was very crowded when I visited. It was a Sunday afternoon and although that was expected over a normal day, considering the rush at other dealers, it still seemed crowded. However, the interaction with the sales executives was a pleasing experience. I was attended by Mr.Bilal and he was really kind and sof spoken. I went to checkout Nissan Kicks and took a test drive. The test drive experience was simply brilliant. Mr.Bilal was completely honest about the vehicle features and gave me full liberty to test out the vehicle in different conditions. Look forward to visiting again and booking my car :)

The behaviour of Manager was very harsh. Calling from so many days to visit and when we visited the showroom no one was concerned about the visit no one provided adequate information regarding the product, such behaviour does not suits the dignity of brand like Nissan. Such rude representatives are downgrading your company, they have such attitude today then what will they do after purchasing the car, there will be no one to listen our problems if occurred. The test drive vehicle was also so much disturbing creating noise and vibration alot. These two factors lead us to drop Nissan Magnite from purchasing.

There are two major issues which I found. The cost of car is increased by 30k !!. They have added RTO service charges and handling charges. None of the components are charged by any other car dealer in any brand. Also charging for logistics like handling, is included in ex showroom price. Other things like insurance are also more than expected. Example is XV Magnite non turbo roughly cost around 8.20 L. Here the price is 8.55 L. Second part is the car is not available for test drive on Sunday. The sales guy said it will take 2-3 days for a test drive!! I think this passive aggressive behaviour is because there are no other dealer for this brand in the city. A good product also needs a good and honest dealer. Unfortunately both are missing here.
