★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering and dealing with this store has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I ever had. The wrapping papers I had ordered arrived after three months of no news and no update. Finally the package arrived, the packaging was done in an unproffeational way to the point that 10% of the papers were wrinkled or torn. The quality of the paper was the cheapest possible. When I complained to the company, they blamed The shipping company. Any other responsible company would have listened to the complaint of their client and would have tried to replace the order but not Anand. They were unpleasant and confrontational.
