★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop manager and the staff were very rude and didn’t respect the customer. We went to buy sweets at around 7 pm in the evening even though there were no people in the shop the staff were lazing around and didn’t bother to ask us what we want. We asked to pack one plate of malai chum chum and they denied saying it cannot be given. Even though rasmalai was available the staff said it’s not available. The same with banana chips. maybe because we were asking in small quantity but the attitude of the staff was horrible. It is a very reputed shop and I was a very frequent buyer but after this incident I will never ever buy from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been visiting Anand Sweets over 16 years. The one in Jayanagar seem to be good with quality. The one in BSK BDA, the quality is PATHETIC. any sweet you buy, they are stale or they will get stale in 24hrs. Look at the image. The chicki, the have reduced the size of it but charge the same price. I would like to call them cheapsters. The people who make money by providing low quality, I call them.... My verdict is not based on one exp, its been more than 10 times and I lost it today.

PISTA LAUNJ , is their best sweet
& done during Diwali festival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the most authentic sweets ranging from north indian sweets and delicacies to orginal Buklawas.Their on the go savouries are quite good, don't miss out on their namkeens as well. Bit expensive compared to local sweet shops but it has it's originality. Definitely recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered Chandrakala, Sonpapdi, Coconut Burfi & Gulab jamun from Anand sweets, BSK as i always loved their Kaju sweets like Kaju Katli. I loved the Chandrakala, coconut burfi and especially the cute packaging of sonpapdi but I was disappointed with the gulab jamun as much as I enjoyed the other sweets.
It was a old stock, tasted bad.
One suggestion, please deliver fresh items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was a place for Flies. Nobody cares to take any action to stop the flies. The quality of food is very good but the flies make it a dirtiest place to eat. Will have to look for a better place to eat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now after the pandemic nothing is ever fresh. Just today we bought 5 varieties of sweets. Except for plain kaju katli, everything else is hard, smells old and doesn't taste fresh.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.
