Recently we had been to KASHI and surrounding places,piligrim tour organised by ANAND VIHARI PACKAGE TOURS. We had a very good experience with best arrangements form A V , As per the schedule a modern hi-tech bus was waiting to receive us at NEW DELHI AIRPORT. In Delhi they had arranged a room (can improve in the quality of the hotel). Every day we had an appropriate breakfast ,lunch and dinner served hot. Even though cook and their team traveled with us ,after checking into the hotel with in no time they would arrange the dinner . While travelling to AYODHYA we reached hotel at 8.00 PM , within one and a half hour dinner was ready with hot GASE GASE PAYASA. Final day they dropped us at PRAYAGRAJ airport at 1.30 PM with packed lunch. unfortunately our flight was re scheduled for 1 st January from VARANASI. Even though the tour was technically ended and responsibility of AV had completed ,Mr Ravindra had been with us all along,they had stationed the bus for 2 hours in case if we were in need of it. Importantly he was kind enough to share his point of contact in VARANASI,,who in turn helped us in booking rooms at VARANASI and transport to airport. They stood with us till we reached Bangalore , the moral support he extended was great humanitarian gesture. Finally we thank ANAND VIAHRI team and Mr Ravindra for making this tour memorable.

They are an efficient Package Tour Operators with a long history of twenty years. They are very helpful while organising our Foreign Tours. Their office is situated on the main Magadi Road and close to Metro Station. Their package tours are priced reasonably and their services are excellent.

My family went on North Indian tour in 2016, till date they remember how they left them alone in the middle of the roads in Delhi, only three of them. Made them wait for 5 hours to get a shabby room where it was irksome. Only in the beginning they give you a good experience. But at the end of the trip, they don't care anymore about the tourists' safety and doesn't consider whether they are old people or not. I would give 0 Stars, and not prefer to go with them at any time.

I, with a group of 43 people, had been to north india trip in December 2019, with places covered being Delhi, Mathura, Agra, Allahabad, Ayodhya, Bodh Gaya, Gaya & Kashi arranged by Anand Vihari Travels. It was a good trip except for the bad weather with bitter cold all along, which so happened that it came back after 118 years!! May be because of this, hot water for bath was unavailable at few hotels & I felt that better arrangements to supply hot water could have been made. The tour managers had an agenda of the places to show & they did it religiously. In fact, they showed us "Chandrashekhar Azad park" and "Prem Mandir" at Vrindavan, as per the suggestion from our group members, which was not in their agenda. Food including morning coffee, breakfast, & Lunch were provided punctually. In couple of instances, dinner went past by the scheduled time, as we reached hotel late. As our main goal of this trip was to perform rites to our elders, appropriate lunch was prepared. The best lunch was at Gaya & Kashi where they served us "holige, medu vadas, ambode" which were apt to the occasion. Our flight got cancelled at Prayagraj due to inclement weather. Mr. Ravindra, chief of Anand Vihari, rose to the occassion & was instrumental in arranging the rooms for the extra day for all 44 of us, that we had to stay at Varanasi. In summary, I felt that it was an unforgettable & noteworthy trip!!

We have had an excellent tour to North India. Traveled Delhi, Mathura, Agra, Prayagraj, Ayodhya, Gaya and Varanasi along with 40 plus members of our family. It was like a "dream comes true trip" and one of our best trip. This was our first trip with "Anand Vihari" and we all, especially my parents, are very happy with the way it was organized. All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. Though we had faced some problems with hotel at Bodh Gaya, AV team handled it swiftly and efficiently. Here I would like to thank Srinatha Sharma and his team who cooked delicious homely food everyday and served hot on time which made us being healthy in entire trip. Hi , I have traveled with many tour agencies to America , Europe , Australia , Singapore , Malaysia & Thailand but my experience with Anand Vihari was not satisfactory at all , We had been to Dubai Tour which started on Dec 28 2019 . The amount that was taken was less as compared to the other tour agencies (Kesari , Yatra etc..) , but the service that was given was not up to the mark . 1) The hotel we stayed was ASCOT hotel in bur dubai , which we were told was a 4 star hotel but there was a water leakages in the room , no water at all to take bath in the morning , if we tell to change the room , the hotel people are not ready at all . Connected to our hotel there was a hotel which was Royal ASCOT hotel (But when u search the ascot hotel in google , you will get the pictures of Royal Ascot Hotel - Which we were bluffed by the ANAND VIHARI PEOPLE), where we were advised to go to the breakfast .The rooms were very small . 2) We asked about the new year plan , they stated the Burj Khalifa will be very crowded , asked us not to go there at all , but they would take to the creek(an old place in dubai connected to back water ) , We 4 members (2 - travel mates , me and my husband ) went to the Burj , there was no rush at all , there was a separate section for family and bachelors . The hipe that was given was totally incorrect . Because the Dubai Police Handled were efficiently , any bachelors in family section were throwed out . The tour guide kept saying about the Dubai Police and didn't inform that they would manage it so well , because of the tour guide many people who were interested to see the new year in burj Khalifa , could not come as he made us get so afraid of the crowd .(which was very in-appropriate) 3)Very less time was given to see the places especially the MOSQUE , which was very beautiful ) & no proper information was given as there was a vehicle which would take the old people to the entrance of the mosque as we have to go from the underground , it is almost a 900 mtr walk . About the vehicle the tour guide did not mention as there were many old people in the tour , who walked and they were not allowed to sit for sometime due to the time restraint he put on us . Food was not good at all , on the last day of the tour , the vegetarians were given only rice and sambar & the non-veg were given chicken biryani . Only south Indian Thali was served all the days . No variety in food at all. 5) Did not cover maximum number of places , left 2 half days for shopping (Only 1 half a day was sufficient)which was not required , instead they could have covered many places that were left , As there is nothing to buy in dubai , we get all the things in India itself . 6) Itenary prepared was not up to the mark as we have wasted 2 half days and the last day was free , which could have been occupied , and the tour manager who came with us to dubai , was very fickle minded , did not take a single decision with confidence. 7)The tour guide from dubai (IHis name was sharif ), was not upto the mark ,why because I & my husband wanted to do the sky dive , we asked the place where it is conducted , He did not answer that at all , we continuously asked for 3 days , he used to speak something different , as there were 4-5 places where sky dive was conducted in dubai , he did not know anything about the Dubai Adventures . DUBAI IS KNOWN FOR ADVENTURES 8) 2 & a half Days city tour is been done , which is waste , as dubai can easily be covered in 1 day , (People reading this can do a city tour in a day and can cover the rest days in below) REST DAYS CAN BE COVERED IN PALM , BEACHES , MEERAS(a nice evening place ) , ZIPLINE , SKYDIVE , FERRARI WORLD , WARNER BROTRHERS etc....... 9) There was an optional tour of global village ,which take at least 6 hours to complete , no body were interested, they took us to the global village only 4 women got down and all the 28 rest members had to wait for 1 hour. which was hopeless idea taken by tour manager .

We had been to north India trip organised by Anand Vihari with 44 people’s which included elderly people, mid aged people & kids. The places covered were Delhi, Agra, Mathura, Ayodhya, Bodhgaya, Gaya & Kashi. Comutation from Delhi to all other places was with hi-tech Ac bus which was very comfortable. Bus staff was very friendly even though we had tons of luggage to load & unload at each hotel we stayed. Hotels booked in each places were good ( can improve hotel quality in Delhi & Bodhgaya) Food served by Srinath Sharma, Prashanth & Nagesh was excellent. From morning hot coffee to tasty breakfast to delicious lunch to finger licking dinner each was wonderful. In one instance in Ayodhya Srinath Sharma asked what you want for dinner it was 08:00pm when we reached Ayodhya, we casually said it would be good if we had Gase gase paysa as it was very cold. To our surprise we had hot Gase Gase paysa in the dinner that to in short time. In Gaya & Kashi many of us did shradha at that time authentic shradha menu was done. I heart fully thank them for keeping us healthy all over the trip. Even though the cooking places were terribly cold, they always served the food with smile. AV mangers handled the trip very beautifully covering all the places we have planned with proper guides in required places. While returning our flight got cancelled due to bad weather, Mr Ravindra Head of AV guided us till we came back to Bangalore with continuous follow ups, arranging hotel in kashi Overall the trip was fantabulous. We will be looking forward to plan another trip with Anand Vihari team. Regards Kiran & family

Good response and service. Very well organized.Recently my parents had been on a International trip to Dubai for a week. It was a group tour including guide which made more secure. They enjoyed a lot. Thank you Anand Vihari tour for organizing this trip.Looking forward for more trips.
