★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a neck and shoulder injury. My ignorance made the pain worse, hand movements were restricted. A friend of mine (yoga therapist) advised me to visit 'Anand Yoga'. I showed my reports and the next day therapy began. One and a half months later I experienced a fascinating and adventurous road trip from Pune to Himalaya on my bike(bullet). (7 states,15 days and thousands of km). No pain killers or antibiotics.
We don't need conventional medicines every time. Our body has the ability to heal itself.
P.S All you need is a good therapist and I'm lucky enough to have one.
