Best location and environment for families.
This is under construction but few families are also leaving here.
It is specially developed for employees of Maruti Suzuki India limited .it is about 1.5 km distance from N8 highway.
But construction work has been delayed by MGH group. They are not hand over flats on time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you ask any thing regarding the work after booking sales team reply is Follow up with civil department for your flat possession .
Very unprofessional sales guy , fake commitment like garden and security managed by Maruti management . Till approach road from the NH8 not started ,Society roads are not completed its 2 years still no work on same.
Builder MGH is also very poor to give possession not fulfilling any commitment taking money from buyers ...Navratri is going to pass now Deepawali is no hope of possession , same was committed in march when u call daily new dates …
So please check before purchase its not worth of money to purchase....

No local market is there, project still under process, maintenance facility service feedback is poor.
