★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uncle got treatment at this hospital as he is suffering with leg pain, when he consulted doctor he got good treatment and to cure the pain doctor prescribed some medicines to him, accordingly my uncle has bought the medicines from the medical store which is located in hospital complex (maintained by hospital management), two days ago stock of some medicines got empty on that to get more medicines I approached hospital at 03:15 pm when we went their store is closed, we enquired them about store timings, shockingly they replied that doctor instructed medical store staff to open store from 11:00 am to 03:00 pm and 07:00 pm to 09:00 pm which is very odd time for business people, job holders and students to visit this medical store to get medicines. One more great thing is no other medical stores have this medicines which one this doctor prescribes to patients. Actually we are 50 KM far away to RAJAHMUNDRY, by keeping this distance in our mind at 2.30 pm we called medical store staff in this hospital to know their presence in the store on that initially they replied that store will opens at 06:00 pm and remains open till 09:00 pm. According to their reply I reached hospital by 5.30 pm and waited over their till 06.00 pm but no one came and opened the store on that I have called store keeper one more time on that he replied that doctor instructed him to open the store at 07:oo pm as he is coming to hospital at 07:00 pm here I didn't understand that why doctor instructing the store staff to present when he is present at hospital and if he went away from hospital store staff also shutting off the store. Totally, at 07.10 pm I have collected the medicines from that store. I don't know what will happens if a person needs medicine in emergency. By giving good treatment doctor sir getting good name but with the service which he is giving through his medical store doctor is making people inconvenient and un comfortable. This is very ridiculous and ruthless. DOCTOR SIR LITERALLY IAM PRAYING YOU THAT PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR STAFF TO OPEN YOUR MEDICAL STORE FROM 09:00 AM TO 09:00 PM WHICH WILL HELPS PATIENTS TO GET AFFORDABLE SERVICE FROM YOU. Please understand the situation sir ????????
