★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good.. the people who are the sales man are lacking in product knowledge.... in time of conversation I find they don't have proper training on payment option.. if any customer asking them why they bajaj finance charged interest or why I have to pay the full interest in down-payment? They don't have knowledge about it..... I will suggest to everyone, before buying from this showroom, please get some knowledge about ur wanted product.... or check other outlets about feature price & payment option....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor delivery performance. Sales personnel and office staffs are not co operative. Contact numbers are kept only for ringing. Installation and service performance is very bad. They use promising words only. Never buy any product from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guys used to sell duplicate products, I purchased a sony led tv from them and there was lots of backlit bleeding right from day 1 and now my tv is totally damaged within a year, neither there was any refund from sony india nor anandamela guys did anything in order to get the replacement. I am going to complain this to consumer forum. They do not deserve a single star also. Please do not purchase any electronics goods from them rather I would suggest go to Joy electronics/Great eastern or Reliance Digital they are far far better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Awful behavior of staff, specially the delivery personnel. They are very rowdy, and though they promise free delivery, they charge exorbitant amount as tips. If they are not given, on the next purchase, they intentionally make delays during delivery citing flimsy reasons. And the worst part is that the people at the showroom are hands in glove with these delivery boys. They would not even attend to your calls . Do not buy any items from here.
