★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majority of the consumers does not pay electricity bill but expect 24×7 service,loss percentage above 80 always,hooking,power theft rampant,very few time bound bill payment happens,new service connections are given to rightful applicants within stipulated time but some applicants (and some cases where multiple number of poles are required for effecting their new connection against their paltry 500-1000 rs quotation deposit) think they can get multiple number of connections in their home easily and if they don't get it then they give negative review of this office and staff.Pathetic building design,utterly uncomfortable for the staffs and consumers.
