My experience was wonderful and hassle free. From the day I inquired till we finished our registration process everything was seamless. Special thanks to Mr.Manoj (Sales) Mr.Jatin (Manager Sales) and the entire team in making our dream holiday home come true. Also there is no headache for bank loan processing, the builder takes care of everything. Society is very beautiful with lush farm view, rooms are spacious & enough area to play. Everything is easily accessible from the society including poultry,beer shop,grocery etc. Location 2.45hrs from Thane Nashik highway. A home away from home is Sarvappratham Anandwan!

they have 1 BHK and 2BHK,,
New construction is also on its way
they will assure that you will get the tenant for your flat and all the formalities will be taken cared by them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good. But the rooms are small(1BHK) based on price(5500/month). Both Room & Bathroom is a little bit congested. Environment is good. People are familiar. U will get a small market at a distance of 200 meters. Lodging and boarding are also available besides the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice residency, there are 1bhk and 2bhk flats facility, they have own garden, nice environment.. 1bhk flats are little bit congested nd it's rent is around 4000-5000 p/m bt 2bhk flats are very comfortable nd it's rent is 7000 p/m.

And it's not in Igatpuri it's a Nashik, they said after Goti toll naka it's a 10 min but but really after toll Naka is 20 km and time is 30 minutes they are wasting my time and it's a very costly project
