★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer experience. I requested for the medicines for my father (he is a diabetic patient) on 30th Apr 2021 in the morning. I was informed that the medicines will be delivered in the evening of 30th Apr 2021. No one came to deliver the medicine and neither bothered to call regarding the delay. I called again on 01st May 2021 in the morning and I was informed that the medicines will be delivered in the evening. Still the medicines were not delivered. I called numerous times, but no one is able to help. Each of them are putting blame on each other. The person I spoke to has switched off his phone. Please do not fall to their trap. They are not serious about their business and work ethics.
