I really enjoy doing the asanas and kriyas and can feel the difference doing so.
I am being guided by Shruti ma’am and she is so good at her skills that she makes sure l am doing it in correct posture with proper breathing techniques and ease as per my body during pregnancy!
She makes sure one does it properly according to his/her capacity & capability , telling the benefits and effectiveness simultaneously!
Thank you for bringing this positivity and calmness, l would love to continue this my post pregnancy too !

Ma'am I am so impressed from your way to transmit your knowledge and experience with all your students. Before joining the therapy yoga course I didn't know much more about different aspects of yoga,after joining the course I learned so many new things every day in a very appropriate manner. I can feel the love and the intention that was invested in this course to make us better ,it was an amazing experience in Anant yogalaya with lots of lovely memories, for this I am so grateful to Karunakar Guruji, Shruti Ma'am and the entire Anant yogalaya team.

I joined yoga therapy TTC. My experience with teachers was amazing. Shruti ma’am is an experienced yoga teacher. She is humble and grounded. Thanks to ma’am that many of us got a chance to practice with yogacharya Iyengar yoga guruji Karunakar ji. It’s an immense pleasure to be connected with this institute. They all were very warm and helpful even during an emergency situation. During lockdown too with very few staff available the management was still trying to help and maintain. They were always just a call away.
