★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there site marketing person is very arrogent and showing to much attitude when we would visit parmeshwer anavay .he was ignored and avoide our thinks .he is behaviour was i am somthing.. we are to much accepctimg from parmeshwer grup but now we would never ever invest any parmeshwr grup and we suggest all our family memeber and reletive not invest in parmeshwer any sachem.becuse we are your customer not your slave. so do some respect with every customer .we could not know how other customers exprience.but our exprinse is very very bad very disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best palce to live. On Ahmedabad patan Highway. Just kilometer away from adalaj circle and 2.5km from zundal circle. Proposed GUDA LAKE just adjecent to the scheme. Narmada water for drinking. Only scheme giving 1000sq ft carpet in affordable housing. Amenities like inhouse temple, lounge and swimming pool, library, gym. Peaceful yet near to Ahmedabad and and Gandhinagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is little way from ahmedabad but peaceful and huge potential for development. Adalaj step well just 1 km which will be developed as world heritage tourist spot by govt. Market and public transport will move to adalaj in future. Between ahmedabad and gandhinagr is great advantage. Big scheme need proper management after construction. Hope parmeshwar buildcon make proper arrangement and give better after sale services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good, but I am a little disappointed as they are giving limited options to your flat,and many amenities. When all the book flats in one block are booked, then they provide booking in the other block, and that too at slightly increased rates.
