β β β β β Rushabh Shah - You are a cheat, you and your team committed to deliver me a home and it has been over 3 years that you havent completed a project. You choose to not answer calls, do not respond to emails, misbehave with customers.
It was a huge mistake of mine to buy a flat in your complex I would urge everyone considering a purchase to think a million time before entering into an agreement with this company.
People like Rushabh Shah are the reason why developers are not trusted.
I have been waiting for the possession of my flat for over 3 years and this company has not delivered.

I am writing to you to share my disappointment in the delay you and your team have caused in delivering Anchor Park -Rose.
Your committed date of delivering a completed project was in the year 2018. I have booked my flat C504 with you in the year 2015.
It has been over 5 years now that I have been patiently waiting for you to complete the project, however you have been delaying the completion of the building.
The concerns that I have is as follows:
a) I have been waiting for an OC for over 2 years.
b) You have not provided a water connection in spite of charging us for it during the purchase of the flat.
c) Amenities promised by you such as grand entrance, tar road in the complex etc are left incomplete.
d) You are yet to provide the conveyance deed to the society and upload a copy of it on Maha Rera Portal.
e) You have shared the society share certificates and have neither uploaded the society formation letter in the Maha Rera portal.
This delay has caused a lot of stress and mental harassment to me and I have been constantly following up with you and your office and none of my calls are ever answered or returned.
I would like to inform you that I will now be initiating legal action as you have defrauded me by not honouring your part of the agreement.
