A temple thousands of years ago is excellently conserved. A temple of Vitthal Rukhmini with many other saints and ancient Hindu Gods mentioned in Ramayana and Mahabharata are carved and sculptured here in different forms. Variety of animals and birds and different poses of peacocks are carved on the outer wall. A big tortoise but actually a demon is in front of entrance. Big water tank with Ashtavinayak Goldfish in it Ancient sculptures Awesome top view At back Ganesha temple extremely outstanding Definitely visit

Ancient Vithal Mandir,Palashi (Parner) There are very few villages in Maharashtra where a village should have a rich history and the village should be known for its historical architecture. Palashi is one such village in Parner taluka of Ahmednagar district. Palashi is the village of Holkar's Diwan Ramji Yadav-Kamble Palashikar. His son Anandrao Palashikar won the battle of Panipat. So he got this village award. Then Palashikar built Bhuikot, Wada and temple here. Vitthal Rahi Rakhumai Temple of Palashi is the biggest attraction of Palashi. This temple is located outside the Bhuikota, near the south gate. The temple has a beautiful entrance and a city hall on it. The temple is also surrounded by fortified structures. The temple is in Nagar style and the structure of the temple is sabhamandap and gabhara. The temple is a fantastic sight. There are many attractive sculptures carved on the walls of these temples which are made of stone. The assembly hall of the temple looks like it is weighed by 18 stone and carved pillars. There are idols of Ganapati and Bhairav along with Riddhi-siddhi on both sides of the door of the temple. There are 64 yoginis at the door. The idol of Vitthal in the temple appears to have been carved in Shaligram stone. Rahi and Rakhumai marble idols are installed on both sides of Vithuraya. Dashavatar of Lord Vishnu is engraved on the influence of the idol of Vitthal. Shivlings are carved on the head and there are seven Dhenu and Gopal near the feet. Scholars believe that this idol is of Krishna in the form of Vitthal.
