★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place. Good Location. And good connectivity by bus. Lot of vareity of trees and birds, butterfly species. And the lake is just ausome. Multiple offices set up. Mix of both new and old companies.
The new metro rail will have direct connectivity with seepz. This will reduce travelling time considerably

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It mostly has IT and Jewellery companies... The area is huge and well maintained area with good security (although daily bag screening is annoying)..
Best part is the greenery and the lake... walking in the evening is peaceful!
Problems:
1. Lot of huge man hole covers on the footpaths and uneven surface on the footpaths ... making it difficult to walk
2. wish they start a medical store inside as there is nothing available in case of emergency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to work inside. Outside traffic worst. Govt controlled area you need to pre arrange gate pass before coming here especially when you come in car. Separate pass for Car and each person. Too wheelers not allowed at all until you have yearly pass (Only for employees).

One of the first sez in India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place in Seepz SEZ area. This SEZ area, so only authorised people will get entry in Seepz.SEZ area.You will need government ID card with gate pass to enter in Seepz SEZ.
Many IT company like TCS, CGI, Zycus, Atos, Data Matix and etc is there. Also government officials office and some gold company is there. The Seepz lake is maintained by Elegant jewel company. You will get good in ICH food canteen and Sun city hotels.
It's near by gate 2 and TCS ODC 1 office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok place if ur working there but if ur going for a visit or meeting then you have to via cab or auto bcoz there is no parking in that area and seepz security doesn't allow you to park inside the seepz
