★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff inside are unprofessional. They told my father that they would offer a mortgage loan. Next they made us pay 9000 to engineer. Later they told us loan is not possible. Cheap loan officer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always rush in the Bank. Try to go in the afternoons. The staff have to be trained on the behaviour. The higher bank authorities please see that additional staff may be posted to meet the customer traffic. Nobody answering the phone number of the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank established in & around 1980s in luna centre. Afterwords shifted to Payakapuram, nunna road with same staff nd infrastructure. But business increased tremendously. They never opened their eyes to provide better service to customers without opening extra counters. Very much rude behaviour of staff nd inclusive of branch manager. Sub staff only treating as they are managing director of the Bank. This behaviour is not at all good. One day all customers will leave the bank to get better service from other banks. Please understand situation, nd respond as per existing demand. Hope this comment will open their eyes. Thanks
