★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service it took 45 mins to check account balance . this bank doesn't even have a pass book printing machine and ok inside the bank is its like market .I have ever seen this kind worst service in life . actually i wanna give zero in rating its was their so i have given 1 star for it if want to vist this bank better come with some thing that helps stay here 1 -2 hrs ideally here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most useless bank i have found, by our worst badluck my dad had opened an account with this bank sadly my dad expired a year back and they are playing all the nonsense tricks to delay the closing of his account and returning our gold to us. The staff even raised and accuses the customer as they wish. The manger of the bank doesn't give full information at one go he says 1 step and after that's done he will let us know another big process that's there, even if the other person is not able to come they won't try to understand the situation and delays the work. This happened with another branch as well i don't know in what world the Andhra bank team lives in,there is one person who even raises her voice at the customer.
