★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give negative Stars if it has one of the pathetic service I ever seen guy who sit next to cash counter he was speaking on phone for 20 min inspite of calling him multiple times he ignored and after 20 min he says come after 30 min and continues to speak over phone what kind of service Andhra bank is giving and manager o feel he is not work having that position. Rating-10/10.

Also there is no security to the atm of this bank.
Now the Andhra bank is merged with the union bank of india.
The present manager of this bank is everseen worst person.
Not at all responding to the customer problems.
Not well infrastructure.
Except manager, other employees of the bank are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch manager mrs E. ARUNA is very good and helpful. I went to bank for an enquiry regarding deposit. She politely welcome me and explained about the various deposits available. She is very polite and explains to the doubts of customers with atmost dedication and patience.
