★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even eligible for 1 star, worst staff and worst treatment. Couldn't find experienced doctor, waited for a day and moved to other hospital and got recovered quickly. RMP's are better than the doctors at this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst staff they know how to argue with patients but don't know how to treat I admitted my grand mother for diarrhoea they refered heart scannings and billed two times for covid rapid test they unable to check whether it is positive or not and later reffered chest CT covid and got negative I don't know whether to be happy for getting negative or worry about spending 6000 for simple covid test later I realized I admitted for diarrhoea which is for motions and vomiting at last they charged almost 30k for one night. At last I would like to say if you're concern about your people and money you're spending then don't go for this hospital they don't know how to diagnose the problem they charged twice for the doctor consultation but I didn't saw the doctor at least one time. They don't start the treatment until you pay the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hospital ,money minded people even paid the amount we can't get better treatment please don't go. Once you go ,you have to go life long for their support of treatment like that they will do..... this is my humble request... don't go especially eluru branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too worst, no place to stay for icu patient family members. They have to sit outside road and no covid protocols, no proper cleaning. And hospital has inexperience team we went at 10 with emergency they took 4 hours for formalities. No proper communication. And it's too expensive.
