★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank..creating unnecessary problems for self help groups (SHG)..This bank is in first floor.It is so inconvenient for aged people. There are no moral ethics for the staff in considering some issues with discretion powers which are in their hands. The concerned bank staff not even ready to block atm cards when we requested to block atm card in issuing a new card.this bank is charging 350/- for issuing a new atm card. There should be a instant relief and at the same time customer expects instant relief or solution from a bank.Mahatma Gandhi ji said "a customer is important to us..we are not important to him,he is important to us...".This was forgetting by your bank staff.pls rectify your staff and be kind with customers.If your staff unable to deal with customers,they may join in other jobs which are convenient to them.Thank you..
