★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Very rude staff. Opening an account is waste of time. Every time you visit the bank custmer service gets worse and worse. Very desrespectful towards customer. Not very reccomended to open an account here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two months ago I was visited this branch and the lady near to the Branch manager room(opposite to attached photo)was in phone call.She responded me after her call ended.Later,My mom and my wife went ,the guy who is sitting near to Branch manager was talking with other person about phones.He responded to my wife after his conversation ended (after Five minutes). Also my wife observed they are not responding properly to the old age people and who are illiterate.They should have patience while they are working because most of the people who are visiting this branch are either illiterate(Dokra) or around 60 age. I hope ,the Branch manager will take this kind of issues seriously and make sure will not repeat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very worst. Very very rude staff. They don't even know to respect customers. No time sense .They follow their own timings. I strongly recommend not to perform any banking operations here. Pls do not waste ur time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DWACRA women are seen more in this bank. Staff interaction with customers is super. Education loan, Housing loan, Gold loan etc., are available with lower interest rate when compared with other banks as per my knowledge
