★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der is lot of material but everthing is sticky and old stock. No ac or at least fan is on. We where here for 40 min the owner or the staff didnt even on the fan. Price of rexine cloth for sofa is 750rs per meter very expensive but old stock.
