★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service . None of them know what they are doing . When it comes to assisting customers they behave as if they keep passing the buck. Even my investments are stuck with them I want to transfer to another demat account but their procedures are not clear and its not online either . Its frustrating and so many months have been wasted going back and forth on emails and calls . No one wants to take responsibility every time there is some one new . Even after complaining to SEBI their approach is very ignorant.
Please think a million times before starting to trade with Angel Broking .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in the angel broking is very unsecure I'm saying this because without my permission without none authority provided from my side the employee logged into my account and the angel brokerage says it was not their employee if they say it wasn't there employee than its an potential hacker who logged in to my account but who ever have logged in the account angel broking must follow this because this goes under agains security policy the angel broking provides the client before creating the account and its also illegal in the consistency of cyber crime it is also know as hacking this action which took place with me within some hours of opening the account angel broking must follow and go through this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fed up by following up with customer care department on my concerns. In spite of repetitive follow up no responsible approach from customer care department. There is no consistency in various figures getting displayed on their software with regard to current porfolio value, Day G/L, total amount invested etc. More over deviation is also observed in figures getting displayed on PC app version & mobile app version. The reason mentioned by customer care is software glitch, which as a customer can't be acceptable. I am sure many of Angel broking members must be going through the same experience
