★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no professional attitude shown by the staff and the way the reception speaks to you is very rude.
They are just after collecting money and saying "Slip banwa do". They will ask you to come after 1 hour and when you wait for one hour the so called lady at the reception will tell you that come tomorrow as the doctor is going. Is this the way to treat? Very bad experience I will not suggest anyone to go to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor and nursing stuff are hadle every case of related to infants very seriously and carefully with high attention. My personal experience very good with anita hospital. It's very comfortable medical cost with high-quality.

My son had high fever in evening. I got know when I was in office, and I called up Anita Children Hospital for appointment and got to know that Dr. Anita is available till 8pm hence I took appointment for 8pm since I was far away from hospital (22 km). I started running from office to home and then to hospital. I reached hospital exactly by 07.59 pm. and immediately contacted to reception for consulting the Doctor. But I was told that doctor has already left before 8 pm for the day. I requested to staff that it is little urgent and I had taken appointment for 8 pm. Even asked them do let me please discuss to doctor over the phone but they didn't allowe me. Staff even didn't went to doctor for discussion while doctor is residing in the same premises of the hospital (next floor of the hospital).
Its really very irresponsible and unprofessinal behaviour.
I have decided never to visit this hospital in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience I have I visited his clinic and he RX some medicin for her cold. After taking his medicin my baby girl have red red spot on her body I called so many time for asking to his staff to connect with dr Kapil but no one can connect. (That time I m out of town) this kind of service I never ever can expect from dr Kapil sharma’s staff.
Plz change your dr and your hospital
Appointment online krne se kuch ni hota treatment bhi Dhang se Hona chahea.
Very very very worst clinic and services ????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor consultation is very good. Availability of doctors in morning and evening with given time. but you can book your appointment via hospital app. Dr. Kapil is best here. you can find app on play store by search Anita Children's Hospital.

The doctors advice is really amazing, they don't treat or take their patients for a toss, they'll only suggest what is good for them.
I've been going here since my childhood and the doctors are really good. Great knowledge and services.
A must recommended clinic for kids specially.
