This is in regards to the recent experience and worst experience with the Parlour Anita Makeover in sec 23A.
Have been there for hair smoothing and as advised with concern raised they additionally did fibre treatment to stop hair fall. After 2 days they again called for an hair wash as procedure.
Post a week the the impact of the smoothing is ZERO and seems nothing is done..
Post raising a concern , Owner Said we will do the Best. And additionally asked to get keretin done with the shampoo to be used as They're suggesting.
We went with that too and end of spending a huge amount and still status remains the same. Hair is getting wavey.
Again raised a concern and dropped a messages too but no positive response and asking to visit again.
So in straight forward save money and hair and don't go this parlour .
Not sure how people have given such comment but this is pathetic and disheartening service despite of spending huge amount of hard earned money. And they are just money oriented and making fool of the people. Products are also duplicate as per the out come received.
Moreover intially when we enquired they never said that have to use shampoo that we recommend, rather after 2days you are good. But in the second time they Said..we said we are ok to purchase your shampoo and conditioner that costed 4k , results is the same.
Now they said not to use any band cluther for 10days and have to take proper Care of the hair.
Ok with that too and used cab service in this situation and had to travel to office via cab and that also costed me more than 2k. Just going by their words.
Now see their response as they have received the money weather customer is satisfied or not and they are happy or not, least bothered.

Staff is well trained and hospitable. They just put the life in the makeover with their efforts and involvement.
Mkaeup was great. They just made it perfect

The ambience and the interiors are impressive. Ms. Anita's love for her work speaks for itself and you will notice it through the phenomenal results post your appointments. All the services that my sisters and I have taken at her salon have always come out beautifully and been very successful, be it party make up, hair smoothening or any other beauty service.. Her work has been admired and appreciated by the on lookers during the events....I would recommend Anita's makeover for everyone. This place is pure value for your money!!

I had my hair spa done from here and I am completely satisfied with the quality of products used and service provided and the results are amazing...value for money!!! I loved the services.
