Chandan is a young entrepreneur who takes his work very seriously and gives client hardly anything to question about. My event was balloon decorations for my twins Annaprassanna Ceremony and it was arranged and facilitated by Chandan with zero follow ups. He himself was present to oversee the entire arrangement,
