★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy a gents ring and found all the rings are defective. Called the stores manager and informed him but he told that I cannot do anything, you have to choose whatever we have in the stock.
Very very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place lives upto its fame for sure. Cordial and courteous staff, very helpful, also the designs and variety of their collection is definitely one of the best you will get in Kolkata. The making charges are also pretty much alike the rest of the showrooms.
Overall its a nice experience.
