★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to purchased a jewellery item from here today as I couldn't reach at Kolkata due to present scenario. They have limited stocks in respect of branches at Kolkata. Even they couldn't show light weight jewellery which is it's name & fame. Anjali Jewellers at Kalkaji didn't welcome properly which make me fill that if I come next time in this showroom I shall definitely take a second opinion to move oher jewellery shop. Neither they gave discounts on products nor on making charge. Rather they put a gift of ladies hand purse that is very cheap quality whic is below Rs. 100. Packaging of sales items is very poor. It seems that they are saving their pocket money by doing this. Even they didn't offer me tea or coffee. I think they don't want to keep customer satisfaction first priority of business. Bill is incomplete wherein it is not mentioned gold value of today, making charge. Whereas Senco Gold & Jewellers have maintained a good relationship with customers. I am very unhappy to purchase from here.

The staff is very cordial and they have a wide variety of earrings designs.They even gave a small box of yumm sweets from Kolkata with my purchase! Their store is probably the best one in Kalkaji esp in the way they treat their customers. Thank you Anjali jewellers for making my shopping experience wonderful!

Located on Kalkaji Main Market Road just few shops before Wendy's.
Staff is truly very polite and they greet you as soon as you enter.
Entire staff is well versed in both Bengali and Hindi.
There is easy exchange and return policy if you are unsatisfied with the jewels you have purchased. Timings 2 to 4 P.M.
My gift was replaced with another without any issue or any problem.
Would recommend to try this place if you want to purchase good design ornaments.

Pls avoid exchanging your old gold ornaments here. No transparency. two different rates for sale and purchase of gold (10% variation in price and then standard deduction of 24% even it is 22 carat). Found making charges very exorbitant. To impress will give you discount just to make u feel satisfied. One thing to mention the women sales executives are good and help you to select. Be smart to do a deal.
