Dr. has good experience in ayurvedic and suggested some ayurvedic medicine for other health issues. I am satisfied and very happy with this programme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well...i can say it was a life changing decision for me ...i was so confused at the very initial poin as i diagnosed with sever PCOS and Hyperthyroid due to which i was gaining weight .. without any reference i joined Health Total...only i saw their instagram page and it was very influencing so decided to join them... Earlier i joined Health Total (HSR , Bangalore).In 6-7 months i have lost around 7-8 kgs and completely got thyroid under control.
Due to some issues i discontinued for few days !!Again i rejoined in Health Total ( Koramangala, Bangalore)and had an ultrasound last month it said my PCOS is completely cured and thyroid is still under control....so again I have started my journey of weight loss...with my favourite people.. Staffing team is awesome ?....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did weight loss program here for 17 weeks. Lost around 20kg during it. Very satisfied with the results. Worth every penny spent. Very helpful doctors and nutritionists. They guided me through out the whole program in aspects of what to eat and when to eat. My initial thoughts were I will be starving and won't get much food but situation was quite opposite with 6 meals a day. Highly recommend for weight loss.
