★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly dont recommend for weightloss and diet I wasted more than 70 thousand for bakwas tablets which they call supplements not most bakwas diet chart..peoples dont waste your money and time..eventhough I workout they never able to help me out to reduce lil weight even.

I never felt hungry or weak even though i am a working woman. the diet plans r as such. very co operative staffs Dr. Shravya , Nutritionist Remya sunny and office incharge Sneha i thank them from the bottom of my heart for healing me and motivating me .

They have tought me that healthy eating and change in lifestyle can make wonders with life style. Centre manger Sneha also very co-operativ. Thank you so much Ramya and Sneha for making me reduce 13 kilos in 4 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience with health total anjali mukharji... As I had spent around 80000 Rs, but there is no result... But when I asked for the result they stopped responding to call and msgs... Now I lost money n time too... I will definitely take legal action against them surely....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experiences at Health Total Vijayanagar Branch. Thanks to Anjali Mukherjee for showing us the right way of looking at health. Excellent meal options suggested by the Nutritionist. I have lost 8.5kgs in 10 weeks and haven't even gotten to know how easily it happened. My best experiences were with Dr Abhilasha, who guided me very very well at every step of this journey. Her patience is very good and she listens calmly to all the issues thereby helps one to understand the misconceptions that are deep rooted. She gave me a Superb explanation of how the Science of Ayurveda works and also gave me a clear and distinctive understanding of how allopathic medicine works but with temporary relief only.
Nutritionist Mrs Mamatha also has been very important as she was super supportive and cared like a mother at every step. Great job , Fabulous!!
