The office assistant working there are not capable peoples, the level of professionalism you expect from a CA firm is missing.
(One of their office assistants asked me to pay him some money so that he deliberately don't commit mistake in any work)
They often do silly mistake in matching the portfolio. Sometimes there is error in some sheet sometimes error in some other.
It seems like they are there to make you pay more and more in form of taxes.
But if someone worng happens it is you who will lose it's money. I would recommend to search for some better service.
