★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the authorised servive center of samsung. They handle customers preety fast and nice however nothing is perfect they need improvement too. The first thing is their behaviour dont know why they take you soo litely. I mean i have paid for it you should take it seriously and should listen to customers, ofcourse they do their jobs preety fast and provide good service although they should improve their communication skill and way to the customers. My ecperience was good enough been there 2 or 3 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre offers repair of Samsung mobiles. Location is easily noticeable from road. You find half of reception staff are well behaved and other half are missing with professionalism in their approach. Interestingly, you can also find same sort of issue with engineers (who undertakes the repairs) also. I have had interaction with both groups. Luckily, at the time of requirement I have interaction with good staff.
You need to be attentive and keep an eye on them to get your product repaired on speed track.
Next big thing is, this store takes payment in cash only. So do not forget to carry cash while visiting. Hope, they will set up swipe machines sooner.
Altogether, I am happy with the centre as screen replacement of my mobile get done in one and half hour in my second attempt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless service centre...I took my samsung m51 phone which was water damaged...I asked them about the charge and they gave me an estimate of 19000 they told me ur display charging point motherboard all things have been damaged...the same phone I took to shah market they told me nothing to worry sir it's ic is damaged nothing else and in 900 rs only my phone is working well with 1 year warranty of ic...it's simply means that they don't want to work they just want to earn money from service charge which I gave them 177 rs..such a useless engineers they have in their service centre...please don't go opt for other service centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No token machine installed, no systematic process to attend the customer. No feedback form available, or i have to wait for 1hour 30 min to attend the technician, but i have to go since i have wasted so much time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the authorised service center for Samsung mobile repairs but due to covid it remains close most of the times , so it’s better that you call the service centre before you pay a visit.
