Especially I would like to thanks Mr. Sooraj of Ankur Electricals and his staff.
My hob is working fine except small issue of spark ignition in one of the burners which was rectified by the installation personnel.
I would recommend all to buy electrical and other appliances from M/s Ankur Electrical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously I am so disappointed by their after sale service.i am facing a problem in my ac it doesn't work and fan make too much noice . When I was trying to call them but they didn't give me any response.once they recieved my call they didn't give me the solution and in mid of conversation they hang up my call.this is very ridiculous. We didn't expect this kind of behaviour form them . Maybe i should by my ac from e commerce website Rather than buy it from their shop.

Their customers service is pathetic. They make wrong committments and have to regularly follow up with them. They will stop taking your phone and even owner is rude and disrespectful. So talking to him also useless. You will atleast similar deal from nearby shops. Don't buy any product from ankur electricals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend at all. Its the worst store that i have visited.staff behavior was very disrespectful, not only this but also the product that we had orderd was not of the same model and when we confronted about the same,they argued disrespectfully.
Please please its a request to each and every customer not to buy anything from from this store they are manipulating the customers, they are keeping all of us in dark . They are putting new model stickers on the old products just to show that the purchased thing is up to date/new .its my personal experienced situation so please do not believe on this store .
