★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Whenever you send chairs or anything, kindly send one person along with it to explain detailed functions of the items. Do not assume that everyone knows 100% about your product.
2. If possible guide them about the best of its use.
3. After sales, take a follow up call at least after 2 months.
