Make sure to confirm other charges in written. The sales man Lucky will not clearly tell you about the extra charges. Also make sure you ask them everything by yourself, they will not tell you anything until you ask yourself.
I bought an AC worth 50k. They dont have proper person for financing. First he said that financing is 0% plus processing fee. Then the person who is financing said extra 3000 has to be paid as the model is not added in our list. Why should I pay for that??
In addition to the 51,000 for AC, I paid 500 for making payment through Credit card, the delivery charges, installation charges, outdoor stand, stabilizer.
Make sure you have 6,000-8,000 extra if you are buying Blue Star AC.
Addition, another customer cancelled a deep freezer on the spot and the staff behaviour was really rude with them. Atleast behave properly with the customers.
