★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this age of digital payments. Why do they charge 2% extra for credit card payments? God knows who pockets this extra unsolicited profit. Their delivery mode is pathetic like the mannerism of one person called Sharing. They expect their customers to carry the goods from delivery van to their premises. Imagine how difficult this would be for a woman. This is despite paying a hefty amount for delivery, which I am sure they pocket money from as well. My review is to teach these guys customer service norms. Wake up before its too late.
